Return Policy

How do I return an item?

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original manufacturer’s packaging
  • In its original shipping box

Before sending any return, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be processed.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

An 18% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment and keeping your shipping receipt until your refund or exchange has been completed. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping and cannot issue refunds or credits for such items.

If you purchased your LILLY GOLD product from a third-party retailer or reseller, please contact that seller directly and follow their return policy.

Shipping Policies & Options

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Expedited shipping only reduces transit time and does not eliminate order processing time. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Continental United States

We ship standard orders using FedEx Ground Economy / FedEx SmartPost.

Estimated transit time is typically 7–14 business days.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge through:

  • UPS Next Day Air
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS 3 Day Select

Non-Continental U.S. / USPS-Serviced Areas

For non-continental U.S. ZIP codes and U.S. Postal Service areas, we ship using USPS Priority Mail.

Estimated transit time is typically 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.

International Orders

For eligible international destinations, we ship using Priority International Mail only.

Due to carrier, size, and cost restrictions:

  • International shipping is available only to select countries.
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location.
  • International shipping times may vary by destination and customs processing.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.
