Return Policy
How do I return an item?
Merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unopened unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box.
- Please write to us at info@lillygold.com Or, you can call Customer Service at 1-(646) 484-8112 (9:30 am-4:00pm Central Time) to complete the return process., all orders must obtain an RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) with instructions and the address to ship to, no other returns will be processed for a return.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- An 18% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund or exchange has been completed.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit and cannot issue refunds or credits for such items. - If you purchased your LILLY GOLD product from a third-party retailer or reseller, please refer to that seller’s return policy.

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Continental United States
We ship via FedEx/UPS for standard deliveries.
Estimated transit time: 4–14 business days.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge via:
- UPS Next Day
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS 3 Day Select
Note:
Expedited shipping applies only to transit time and does not eliminate processing time. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing before shipment. Weekend days and holidays are not considered business days.
Non-Continental U.S. / U.S. Postal Service Areas
For non-continental U.S. ZIP codes serviced by USPS, we ship via Priority Mail.
Estimated transit time: 7–10 business days, depending on destination.
International Orders
For eligible international destinations, we ship via Priority International Mail only.
Due to carrier, size, and cost restrictions:
- International shipping is available only to select countries
- If your country is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location
- Shipping cost in both directions will not be refunded.
- A 18% (per cent) Re-stocking fee will be charged.
- We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Shipping Policies & Options

Within the Continental USA, we ship FedEx SmartPost for all shipments, and the time in transit is 7-14 business days for delivery. We also support expedited via UPS NextDay, 2Day, and 3Day Select, and these may be purchased for an upcharge.
Note: To select an expedited method please allow for the order processing time up to 48 business hours, and remember not to count weekend days as business days…
For Non-Continental zipcodes, but in USA Postal Serviced zipcodes, we ship via Priority Mail, and the time in transit depends on the distance, but delivery is usually within 7-10 business days.
For International Orders, Priority International Mail is the only ship method available to limited countries because of cost and size restrictions. If you do not see your country as a ship to option, we are unable to ship to you.
