Return Policy

How do I return an item?

Most merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unopened unused and in the original manufacturer’s packaging and shipping box.

1. Please to write to us at info@lillygold.com Or, you can call Customer Service at 1-(646) 484-8112 (9:30 am-4:00pm Central Time) to complete the return process., all orders must obtain an RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) with instructions and the address to ship to, no other returns will be processed for a return.

2. Shipping cost in both directions will not be refunded.

3. A 18% (per cent) Re-stocking fee will be charged.

4. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Shipping Policies & Options

Orders are processed within 7 days of receipt.

Within the Continental USA, we ship FedEx SmartPost for all shipments, and the time in transit is 7-14 business days for delivery. We also support expedited via UPS NextDay, 2Day, and 3Day Select, and these may be purchased for an upcharge.

Note: To select an expedited method please allow for the order processing time up to 48 business hours, and remember not to count weekend days as business days…

For Non-Continental zipcodes, but in USA Postal Serviced zipcodes, we ship via Priority Mail, and the time in transit depends on the distance, but delivery is usually within 7-10 business days.

For International Orders, Priority International Mail is the only ship method available to limited countries because of cost and size restrictions. If you do not see your country as a ship to option, we are unable to ship to you.
